Never a fan, and a seemingly extremely spiky character. Obviously a deeply tortured soul, although I'd guess the suicide of a child would do that to you, although remember her having a bit of a meltdown on TV prior to this occurence (tearing up a photo of the Pope??)
I'd guess a certain poster on here will be pointing the finger at retribution by 'the Jesuits'?

And she was a massive cunt long before her son sadly killed himself.

Without doubt she had her daemons, both personal and political, but she also had talent and confidence in spades.
Her cover of Nothing Compares 2 U deserves it's place on anyone's play list if only for the angst she pours into it.
I disagreed with a lot of what she stood for, but defend her right to have held those views. RIP.
